What are the shipping costs:
Shipping is Free within the Continental United States on all orders totaling $39.00 or more. 
That means that ALL of our Purple Martin Houses ship for free. A shipping charge of $9.00 is added to any order less than $39.00. 

What is the shipping time:
Lonestar, Heritage Farms, Nature House and Heath houses and accessories typically ship the same or next business day from our distribution center in Missouri. S&K and Coates items typically ship within 1-3 business days direct from these manufactures in Missouri and Louisiana. Lead times sometimes require an extra day or two during the very busiest parts of the season. We always try to let you know via email of any delays or backorders. 

Ground transit time once your order ships is usually an additional 2-4 business days. We ship via UPS, DHL and FedEx Ground. Always provide a physical Ship To address (not a Post Office Box). We’re sorry – but we also cannot ship to APO Boxes.


Do you ship outside the continental US?
No, we only ship within the continental United States and free shipping is never offered to Hawaii, Alaska, Canada, Europe or elsewhere outside of the United States. 

What is the status of my order?
To determine the status of an order, simply reply to the confirmation email you receive. Your reply contains all of the information we need to help you and will be delivered to:

Do I have to order online?
No, you can also place your order by telephone by calling (800-881-3727) or you can print your order, provide your shipping details and send a check or money order to:

If a check is used for payment, your order will ship once your check clears our bank.

Do you have a printed catalog?
Sorry, but no. We do not offer a printed catalog for several reasons. Our items are updated frequently and sales are offered often. Also, we promote a "green" environment and catalogs are environmentally unfriendly because they fill our landfills and destroy natural habitat.

Cancelled Orders:
Customers may cancel any stock order at any time before it ships.

Damaged Orders:
Please inspect your order immediately and contact us right away if a package is delivered damaged or if item is defective. We will work quickly to make things right!

Returns and Refunds: 
Your purchase can be returned for any reason within 30 days for a refund.
The item purchased must be returned in original, re-usable packaging and must be received in original, unused, re-stockable condition in order to receive a refund.
· Contact us by telephone or email prior to your return and we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number and a return shipping address (ALL items will return direct to their manufacturer). 
Please DO NOT send your purchase back without contacting us first; this might cause a delay in granting your credit and could result in a reduced credit to you. It's always a good idea to insure your return for its full value - this is usually not expensive. 

Include your name, address, phone and Return Authorization Number with your return. Once on it's way, please email the Tracking Number to: Service@Shop-Carolina.com. This helps us keep an eye on things and to properly credit your return. Once received and inspected, we'll let you know and duly credit the card you used to make your purchase.

Please do not send items that are used, soiled or missing original, re-usable packaging. We cannot provide any credit for such items.
