House
This Classic "New England Town Hall" is designed to
accommodate the gregarious Purple Martin. It has 6 compartments
on each side and 2" entry holes. The roof is constructed of
western red cedar. The back wall is removable to allow easy
cleaning. In order to attract Purple Martins, the most desired
location should be a combination of open fields and water and
the house should be 12 to 14 feet high. Item Dimensions: 27"

Add an optional telescoping pole to
make your Clubhouse fully functional. Heavy duty aluminum pole
comes with a matching base plate that is screwed to the bottom
of your house and is designed to mount directly to the
telescoping pole. Pole is constructed from durable Heavy duty
grade aluminum and has stainless steel springs and and pins to
raise and lower the pole in three sections. Pole also comes with
a ground sleeve.
Optional Column Pedestal
Designed to be used with the Hotel pedestal stands 43" tall and
weighs over 30lbs. Made from Kiln-Dried pine and painted with
