single gourd rack and six heavy duty plastic S and K Bo Gourds! The house is made from sturdy,
lightweight polypropylene plastic and it carries a manufactures
lifetime warranty! Great for beginning hobbyists. Each
Gourd has adjustable openings to deter starlings who are the
natural enemy of the Martin's. Gourds have a 8" x 6" inside
nesting area. Comes
with a sturdy 12 foot aluminum telescoping pole, 17 inch plastic
ground sleeve. Included

- You can add Porch Dividers to
prevent porch domination - this leads to greater occupancy.
Close down the rooms by using the unique starling opening
shaped door plugs.
- The Cottage mounts via a
unique triangular base socket. The matching aluminum
triangular pole prevents the house from twisting in the
wind. Attach the single gourd rack below the
house and create six individual additions for your expanding
Martin colony.
- The Pole Guard helps
prevent climbing predators such as snakes and raccoons from
disturbing nests.
